"Young Squash has enjoyed the attention from Hair of the Dog so much, it's like a second home. We get dragged up the street ready for another day of walkies and fun at various parks and woodlands, grooming and nail trimming at the Puppy Parlour and lots of cuddles and attention. Great to know they're flexible enough to take Squash at short notice when we need to go out for the day. Good practical advice too.
Highly recommended, don't know what we would do without Hair of the Dog!

"Hair of the Dog saved our lives. In 2009, I moved with my rescued dog Bonny to England and poor Bonny was stuck all alone while I was at work. Bonny was not a happy dog. After Bonny and I met Sassi, Bonny was able to go for long walks with life-long buddies Portcia and Charlie, Sassi's own lovely Golden Retrievers. For two years now, Bonny has been expertly groomed, regularly taken for walks every week and has had many happy stays with Sassi and her gang over long holiday periods. I can not say enough about Sassi's friendly, prompt and fair services. Hair of the Dog is a one of a kind find, not to be missed, and an absolute Godsend to the busy dog-lover and dog- owner. My heartiest appreciation to Sassi and her gang and with my love and thanks for everything she has done for Bonny and me. Sassi is a one- of-a kind dog angel!

"I have known Sassi for a number of years now, walking my 4 1/2 year old Dobermann & my 18 month old weimaraner (who Sassi calls Charlies Angels) with their best buddies Charlie & Portcia. Sassi is very aware & understanding of their "special" traits and the only person I trust with my babies. They enjoy pet visits, walks,day care and overnight stays and evidently have the time of their lives as they are always madly excited to see Sassi, Charlie & Portcia.

"I don't know what I would do without Sassi from Hair of the Dog! Our 7 months old Gordon Setter absolutely loves her and stands waiting at our front window when he knows she is about to come and collect him (yes, she has taught him to tell the time!). We suddenly found ourselves in a difficult position where we had to be out at work all day but were lucky enough to meet Sassi and her two gorgeous dogs at the park. It was obvious that Sassi loves dogs, and as soon as I found out that she provided a dog walking service I knew she would be the right person to help us look after our puppy. We started with an hours walk a day and now use Hair of the Dog for full time Day Care where Brodie looks forward to playing with the other dogs and having company all day long. Sassi keeps in regular contact with me, sending texts to let me know what Brodie has been up to and also keeps a diary at our house so that I can read what he has done each day. I feel completely happy at work now, knowing Brodie is not only cared for but also having great fun with his new friends!
It's great that Sassi also does grooming as I can ask her to trim Brodie's nails and fur when they need doing.
Sassi is worth her weight in gold and her services are very reasonably priced.

"I have two cats that I adopted some years ago. They quickly became part of my family but a change in my career meant an increase in the number of hours I work, often over 7 days a week, so I began to worry that my furry friends felt neglected. A college recommended "Hair of the Dog" to me, for daily visits to my home alone moggies! The friendly staff at "Hair of the Dog" visit my cats in my home three days a week, ensuring fresh food and water is put down & clearing up any "little accidents" plus providing the all important companionship & loving my cats miss whilst I am at work.
I have also used this service over a longer period of time whilst I was on holiday and felt completely at ease knowing that "Hair of the Dog" was caring for my cats.
It really does put my mind at ease and all at a very reasonable rate, PURRFECT!!
